Methamphetamine is one of the most popular drugs found on the streets in South Dakota and is one of the top drug abuse problems in the state causing many individuals to enter drug rehab and drug treatment centers. The main drug traffic problem seems to be Hispanic poly-drug traffickers living in the northwestern United States. These drug cartels are using I-90 to transport their products to eastern states.
