Probation States They MUST Have a Job in 30 Days After Release, and 3 Months Later They Still Dont Have a Job?

Question by Melissa Roth: Probation states they MUST have a job in 30 days after release, and 3 months later they still dont have a job?
What can happen? He is a registered Sex offender who should not have been allowed to take this so-called “sex offender rehabilitation program” (what a joke) but because of overcrowding they let him go into this rehab BS for 4 months then released him on probation. Not only did he no register on the list for a month after release (state law dictates MUST be registered within 3 days) but its three onths later and he still doesnt have a job! I checked his requirments, employment is one of them. What consequences is he looking at if any for not getting a job as required?
its my concern because even though i recently won sole custody of our children he still has it in his mind that he is allowed to see and talk to them EVEN though his probations states he is not allowed near any minor children including his own. If he is violating probation and is goin to be sent to jail for it, then i can rest jsut a little bit easier not having to worry about some pedophile who got to walk because of jail overcrowding coming and taking them so yes this is my concern kthanks.

there are probably aren’t any jobs, we are in a major recession – 6 million people have been unemployed longer than 6 months

but it sounds like he violated probation by not registering within 3 days – that might be enough to send him back to jail
